Our Brownstone community, located near the Miller Ln shopping area in Kettering, OH, is south of Vandalia and close to family entertainment options like Scene 75. We currently have one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two and three-bedroom townhomes with private entrances. "I used to live in there then we moved out to another place coz if weed smoke comes from the next door no fixing on time. Again we try to move in we pay security deposit so we waiting on our apartment or townhome try let another people move in before they let us know. Now we have to looking for another place coz our Contract is up in our place ( the place we stayed in now ) so no more"
"if i could 0 stars i would. i lived on the ground level and these kids threw a brick through my window and landed on my sons bed while he was sleeping. they did NOTHING about it. THEY NEVER FIXED IT. i lived with a broken window for 5 months, until my lease was up. oh and good luck ever getting ahold of emergency maintenance. i recommend living under a bridge before living here."
"My Best Friend is Pregnant & in an Apartment with mold. She complained about it but it goes on deaf ears despite her concerns for safety. They lie about sending someone to deal with the problem. At this point I feel that The Health Department should be involved. I highly & strongly advise not Renting from whoever owns this Apartment Building because they’re some Slumlords. If you do still consider Renting from there, don’t say that you weren’t warned."
"I lived here for a year and just a month before me and my boyfriend moved out we found bed bugs. Everywhere. Also no matter how many times we cleaned the floors or the bathroom or the kitchen, it was just always gross and sticky. The cigarette smell would never leave. Also our bathroom didn’t have a vent and mold constantly grew in the shower. On top of all of that they never gave us our deposit back. And we found roaches multiple times."
"I had a problem with their overall integrity! If you know that you require a certain amount to be earned individually by a potential tenant then why not state that fact BEFORE accepting the application fee’s and application from each person? They wasted our time and money, and honestly it was wrong for them Not to advise us of this fact when we submitted all our applications and proofs of income. And on top of the that We were denied the ability to receive a copy our Criminal and Credit check We paid for. Smh LOOKING TO MOVE HERE GUARD YOUR POCKETS AND DO NOT APPLY AND PAY APPLICATION FEES IF YOU DO NOT EARN 3x THE AMOUNT OF THE RENT INDIVIDUALLY…"
