Wingate at Belle Meadows Apartments

"This COMPLEX will ruin your name on purpose!!! My lease was up 10/28/22. I moved returned keys no problem. HOWEVER unbeknownst to me WINGATE filed for eviction 11/21/22. It went through in DECEMBER. I found out today 01/13/2023 and now I have an EVICTION for absolutely NOTHING. As of right now there is NO WAY for me to reverse it. These people are FOUL. My power was out for SIX DAYS, while they did NOTHING. When I was told to ask about a discount on my rent the property manager tried to say I had been shut off by AES and was in violation of my lease when it was THEIR FAULTY TRANSFORMER BOX that went out. These people need to be put out of business immediately."

"These apartments have mold. They’ve been informed. They do not care. And they’ll still charge you $500 for breaking your lease, even if you are leaving for medical reasons due to the poor living conditions/the mold. The people that run the place are slumlords. The maintenance is terrible (the maintenance guys van windshield is absolutely LITTERED with hoarded trash! I don’t even know how they can see out the windshield.) And the best part? $740 dollars a month PLUS utilities to live in mold-infested apartments with no maintenance!"

"They increase rent by maximum allowable amount every year while providing absolutely no maintenance or services. I had to move out due to my daughter and I getting infections from the RAMPANT mold in our apartment. After asking for almost 2 years for air quality tests and being ignored. Do Not Rent From Them. Unless you like breathing mold and dodging bullets."

"Mrs. Alysia was very helpful and two of the other lady's. Mrs. Alysia helped me get into my apartment and kept me informed through the entire process. Since we have moved in we haven't had a problem with anything. I love this apartment because I can't hear my neighbors through my wall and I don't hear outside traffic. Thank you Wingate for giving us a place to call home. It's been a long two years but we made it."

"We’ve lived here about two years enjoying our home. The white kitchen cabinets, modern appliances and a separate eating area that is not carpeted. White clean furnishings on the apartment doors. Outside patio and storage shed. We have a roomy apartment walk-in closets and well designed bathrooms. We love the dark wood laminated floors in some areas of our home. We truly fell in love with the overall layout of our apartment, a great flow quality. Friendly office staff and maintenance kind of like an extended family. We get things fixed as things do come up but, it’s a big community so, we found having patience with each other as somethings take more of a priority than others helps to get service done faster. Dog friendly and children friendly Neighborhood, quiet atmosphere. Our community is a friendly one but, people usually stay to themselves which given the times a good thing. Great snow removal convenience and people are welcomed in gardening adding beauty to the property. Ty"
