"No problems to report with this hotel at all. It's off the beaten path, very quiet and felt safe. The rooms are clean and the beds, linens, and pillows are warm and comfortable. The breakfast provided is continental. Each room has a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. You can choose what you like in the dining area and eat there or take it back to your room. The pool looked luxurious and the exercise room had many pieces of equipment to choose from."

"Booked a room (for 3 guests in a double queen with a rollaway) by calling a few weeks ago. I asked about a rollaway bed and was guaranteed one. When I arrived, there was not a rollaway in the room and I did not receive one after some back and forth with the front desk. I asked for a different room and had to pay for it. While that was upsetting and I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service skills from the front desk during my stay, it was explained to me that when calling, you can get connected to an off-site call center. Josh was able to explain to me why the confusion happened, listened to my grievances, and very kindly issued a refund for the extra room I had to pay for. The hotel was clean, the rooms were mostly comfortable and the shower was nice. The free water was good but the breakfast was disappointing. Overall not super happy with the service received during my stay but would come here again with better planning."

"This was overall a solid 4 star hotel stay. The location is weird and hard to find if you don't use GPS. Room was clean and had all the stuff you need during a hotel stay, but there was a little bit of black mold growing in the shower. Also, the mattresses were way too firm, tho the pillows were nice. They have a really great pool and hot tub here, but the "arcade room" is dumb (it only has 4 machines in it and 2 of them aren't even games). Breakfast room is very spacious but the food was disappointing: waffle makers and plenty of continental options, but no hot food (just "gas station breakfast sandwiches" to heat up in the microwave). The last 2-star Choice hotel we stayed in had a full hot breakfast, but granted it was more expensive than this location. Overall, you get what you pay for here."
