Another store was really trying to upsell me to a bike that was $300 more than my budget, whereas Brian listened, and gave another example in my range, and then brought up the two bikes I was considering side by side to understand differences. He was able to get my sizing right, and when I needed to order the bike myself, just called and walked me through it. Super simple, nice people, clean store, don't go anywhere else."

"I am totally impressed by this place! Their level of service is as good as any I've ever experienced. They've done a bunch of work on my bike due to a couple of mishaps I've experienced. One example of their honesty: I was convinced that the spring was broken on my rear caliper. The replacement was over $100. Brian, the owner, looked at it and discovered it was just disconnected and charged me $10 to fix it. He could have totally ripped me off based on my lack of knowledge, but he didn't.
