"Whenever I enter, the atmosphere resembles that of a nightclub with blaring music. Personally, I believe everyone deserves a variety of music and not an onslaught of high volume AC/DC tracks in succession as it was this past Saturday. Not relaxing for sure."

"This Starbucks is consistently worse than other Starbucks nearby. The staff are nice and the food is usually fine, but the drinks are just bad for some reason. It's not that they get orders wrong. The taste is off. Every drink I've gotten from here tastes watered down or bitter or just weird. Even though this location is the most convenient, I go to Rocky River or the Clifton location instead because the drinks are better."
