"Why have 2 drive thru lines if you don't know how or don't have the ability to utilize them both? There were three cars in each line, and I waited 10 minutes in line 2 and decided it was too long to wait to place my order. They could only take an order from one line at a time, then there would be at least a full one to two minutes delay between taking orders. That's way too long and I would have been waiting another 10-15 mins."
"Ordered mobile order for delivery from this store. Requested no bun, extra lettuce and Coke Zero. Got the bun, no extra lettuce and a regular coke! $20 bc it was delivery! Do better and train your employees to read the receipt and double check bc this was a complete waste of money!"
"Night crew are rude, and go mobile only. There was one car and I know how the POS system works, it was by choice. I just got off night shift, i understand what it’s like. I was being nice and they were short with me and did not care about the app not functioning. I literally just wanted fries."
"I was asked to wait a minute for my order to be taken. They forgot about me and 10 minutes later were surprised I was still in line with other cars behind me. I had to give my simple number 3 combo order to them twice and they still got it wrong. I was then told to park and wait for them to remake the order again. After another 10 minutes had pasted a worker came to my car to ask whatbI was waiting on. I told them it was a Big Mac combo. 12 cars and another 10 minutes and the brought out my cold food. 30 minutes in total for a Big Mac combo. Thanks for wasting my time and being rude."
