"My boyfriend and I went to dinner at Pier W and in one word, it was a magical experience. The atmosphere is divine, there was live piano music and the view is gorgeous. Melanie (Voll) was the reason our experience was out of this world. We got the best items on the menu thanks to her recommendation, and the food was incredible. Her experience really shows through her knowledge of the restaurant and she’s got to be the best server either of us have ever had. She was funny, personable and made our dinner feel inviting, we were very lucky. We’ll definitely be coming back and we’re gonna ask to be in Melanie’s section."
"We have been to their brunch twice now and we are absolutely hooked. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating as soon from the time you enter until the time you leave. They were so courteous and friendly throughout our entire meal. We loved our waitress and she did a wonderful job of taking care of us. The bussers paid careful attention to quickly clear the finished plates from our table. This was greatly appreciated, especially with the buffet-style meal. The food is beyond phenomenal. Everything was exceptionally prepared and absolutely delicious. Their brunch buffet selection is out of this world. The variety is pleasing to all palates. Their dessert selection alone is worth the trip. Not to mention the wonderful ambiance and the extraordinary view of our beloved Cleveland skyline. Few compare to Pier W. We look forward to celebrating our next special occasion here."

"The best weekend brunch I have ever had! I have been here for both lunch and brunch separately and the brunch seems cheaper for what you get. Includes drinks, 1 alcoholic beverage, seafood, sirloin, prime rib, chicken, salmon and halibut, many salads, fruit and cheese, dessert table, breakfast items, made to order waffles, french toast and eggs. If you have never been to Pier W, I would experience the brunch first. The waitress was so friendly and kind. It was my Mom’s birthday and they gave her a little cupcake to go. Really sweet. I am going back for my Birthday next weekend."
