Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport, an IHG Hotel

"The rooms and hotel were very clean, although rather outdated, and the location and shuttle to the airport were good. However the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything in the room next to us all night long. The bathroom water never got hot either. With all the hotels in the area, we won’t be returning."

"My company booked us here. I had read the reviews and concluded that this place was going to suck. I was pleasantly surprised. It's actually a nice place. The shuttle driver was friendly and answered any questions we had about the area. Hotel staff was also helpful and courteous. The rooms are small but decent. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side. There is a mini fridge but no microwave. There is an on-site restaurant/bar. The food is actually pretty decent. Very friendly waitstaff. Overall my stay was very pleasant. I really can't understand why the reviews were so bad?"

"My work made me stay at the hotel. On 01/30/24 I left my perfume bottle in the room. I knew exactly where I left it. I started calling them and the front desk kept on connecting me to housekeeping answering service who never responded to this day 02/05/24. Left them a detail message. Finally today the front desk decided to check the lost and found for me and of course couldn’t find the bottle. An option to talk to the manager was given but she hung up before I could say yes! Would not recommend this hotel. And letting my company management how untrustworthy this hotel staff is !!!"

"I had the worst experience of my life at Crowne plaza hotel located in Middleburg Ohio. The front desk agent was so disrespectful. I returned back to the hotel from my trip with my sister and my car would not start. So I went inside and asked the front desk agent if he had jumper cables, and he mumbled something I could not hear him because he had a mask on his face and when I asked him to repeat what he said he said rudely no but that's not what he said the first time anyway he began to ask me do I have any kids, and I said yes what does this have to do with anything and then he tells me since I have kids when I get my income tax buy some jumper cables with my income tax hahaha... I found that to be very rude and disrespectful. I would never do business with the Crowne plaza in Middleburg again."

"Staying here right now as we fly out of Cleveland tomorrow morning, By far the worst hotel I have stayed at. TV cable was awful. I think the the cable was bad, If I stayed here in 1982 in might have been nice because the decor has not changed, The front desk woman when we arrived on Friday, December 22 at around 7:00pm was not friendly or inviting at all. If I was the manager I would fire her, She had no interest in our service which I believe is her job, My guess is there is no money for upgrades because they make it all off of their shuttle and put nothing into there hotel. Absolutely terrible!"
