"Only thing this hotel has as a positive is the location to the airport. When I stayed on 9/9 had already checked in on the app, but I still had to stand at the front desk for about 15 minutes as the employee answered phone calls and tried to find a clean room around 8pm. Toilet would gurgle and lose water each time someone flushed in another room. Door to the bath room was tough to close appeared to rub against the floor. Both elevators were not working. Only coffee in the room was decaf. Was not the best for blocking sound from the hall or rooms around. Won’t be staying here in the future."

"Very pleasant. Rooms were nice and clean, and no weird smells, lol. Breakfast was fabulous. It was different than most hotels. The potatoes with onions and the sausage were the highlight. We had no issues during our stay at all. 5+"

"Elevator is out of service (arrived 9/7/23), not going to be fixed "this week" per Hampton staff, AND we're on the 4th floor (& over 70 yrs old) - Visitors BEWARE! Takes 2 hands to open & close the room door & bathroom door - I'm not THAT OLD, the doors and frames are out of alignment. Bathroom shower leaks water onto the floor at the fixed glass door. Trash cans in the room are small & narrow - maybe 10 inches tall with a 4-inch diameter. Closet door has the ironing board & iron hanging on the inside of the door, open the closet door & the ironing board "bangs" against the door - very surprising & annoying. Closet hangers are a struggle to unhook from the clothes bar - the shelf above the clothes bar is too close to the bar. Only 2 frozen dinners in the "convenience" freezer to buy (Thurs night). Trying to find a station on the TV is very difficult due to Spectrum cable box +/or TV remote - did not have the US Open Tennis semifinals. Good points: The room on the 4th floor is quiet and dark, plenty of hot water for the shower."

"We were headed to DC & this was hour half way stop. Great location - safe, quiet, and near Fathead's brewery & Brew Garden - awesome! The room we had was a 1 bedroom suite --- so much room & so well laid out. The room even had a ceiling fan - BRILLANT! The AC, super cold. The bathroom was on the outside of the room so even the person on the couch could use it without disturbing anyone. The staff were great - the breakfast delicious and filling - waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, french toast sticks & more - all of it was so good. Delicious coffee in the lobby. My son used the gym - it's small, but was necessary for him. Absolutely had the best stay at this hotel & would highly recommend it."
