"I lived here over a year ago this apartment was the worse place I have evere lived tge manager Jakie is not a person of intergroty very manipulative. Im happy I got out of there. Drive past the 200 dollar deposit is not worth it seriously"

"Kingston has been amazing especially the property manager. Always gets back to me ASAP. I wish the apartment had a bigger kitchen and a little more updated but that is by far my only complaint and personal preference. Quiet, safe, and in Berea City School district where my kids attend school. Love it here!"

"This place is a dump. I wouldn’t recommend moving here at all. Jackie is terrible at managing the complex. The first floor apartments constantly flood when it rains and they give you box fans to dry it. Parking is always a fight between residents. They always raise their “maintenance fees”. Nothing is updated. The only positive thing about the place is the location. Washer and dryers are always broken as well and they’ll just tell you to take your cloths to a laundry mat."

"This place is so nice. I was able to get an updated unit, and Jackie walked through with me to make sure everything was all good. Maintenance is super sweet and fast as well! (Previous comments below) I've been eyeing this property for a while. Throughout my time of looking at it, Jackie was super helpful and responsive, answering any questions that I had. When I toured, she was very knowledgeable and sold me on the place! I can't wait to call this place my home!"
