"They are under construction. The noise level is EXTREME from 8am until 6pm, or after. Not ideal if you need a quiet space for work or rest. The staff is very kind and accommodating, but the noise level is throughout the entire building and constant."

"I have to mention the one of the front desk employee I believe is name was Scott, does not understand personal space, and made my wife and it seemed to make the bartender as well extremely uncomfortable, and was mentioned by staff that he has been complained about and yet still nothing has been done, and I personally just find that absolutely disgusting. Not to mention he almost had a smell to him that I cannot even begin to describe . There’s no way he should still be there while making women uncomfortable and by the reaction of staff when I brought it up it’s been an on going issue, and the fact nothing has been done is deplorable and management should be ashamed of themselves by not protecting women who come in to stay and WORK !"

"I’m a Marriott Ambassador Elite (I travel a lot) giving my first hotel review. This place shouldn’t be allowed to carry the Marriott name. I notified the front desk that I woke up to a cold shower. I was promptly told “a lot of people must be using it”. When I went to get breakfast, I was told that the only thing offered was cold food items, yet the hotel staff was eating bacon, eggs, and toast. My experience was so bad, I am debating dropping Marriott and switching to Hilton. Marriott Ambassador Elite status isn’t that great anyway."

"12/24/23 They are under construction and it is loud. 1st room the hot water didn’t work & the 2nd room was below construction. The 3rd room was also below a construction. No peace from the noise. Do not book here if you need sleep. Construction won’t be done until the summer 2024"

"Very limited breakfast options (must purchase) and Starbucks only offers drip coffee. The west side entrance magnet door lock is broken and the door is always open; that said it’s a great location that is away from busy areas and we felt safe parking our Uhaul truck overnight. Sonya checked us in and was so nice and accommodating! We asked for a room facing where we parked and she gave us the perfect room on the second floor WITH a balcony! The room was beautiful and clean. We liked the curved couch, which was also a pull out bed. The bed was also very comfortable. We would recommend staying here."
