"They had what I was looking for. Only issue was cashier stepped out was the only cashier on duty and made everyone wait 5 minutes. Huge line built up. Cashier wasn't apologetic about it either."

"Closing employees on 11/10/23 were ridiculously rude. I asked a question about a product and before I could finish my sentence the older lady told us they couldn’t help us because they were closed. I was planning on buying items but ended up just leaving when the young girl was impatient holding the door open for us because it felt like they wouldn’t even check us out at that point. Another customer whispered to us “don’t even ask if you can buy fish because they won’t do it. They said it’s too late to buy fish”."

"I was 2 minutes early for today's appointment and all the groomers went on break at the same time after they saw that I was waiting at the groomer desk. Lyric was left by herself and was working on a dog. This put her behind on her current dog and made me and my dog standing there waiting for 15 minutes. Lyric was very nice and professional and put that dog away so she could help me but I feel like the other groomers that went on break should have a talk with management about professionalism. Completely rude and very unnecessary to leave her all by herself like that."
