"I spilled a little soda on the floor and wiped it up with a wet rag. The amount of dirt that came off the floor was unbelievable! The bedspreads were obviously dirty and I always remove them and use my own blanket that I travel with. Upon removal I found an area on the sheet where someone with dirty shoes had laid down on the bed and transferred the dirt onto the sheet. It wasn’t a stain, it was just dirty. Obviously, the sheets had not been replaced. The walls and ceilings must be paper thin because it sounded like a herd of elephants was trampling the floor above me all evening. Also, there is no place to temporarily park close to the main entrance to check in and unload your luggage so plan on lugging your bags around or in between other parked cars to get them into the hotel. Although newly built, this is a dirty, cheaply designed, bottom barrel hotel."

"Rooms were very clean, hotel was well-kept. Loved having a full size refrigerator/freezer and microwave in the room. My bed only had one small pillow, I had asked the front desk for more but they never followed through. Hotel was very nice, clean, and safe, definitely would stay there again (but bring my own pillows, I guess)."

"The walls are extremely thin. We were doing the do and playing music we got a noise complaint and was told to leave. But the kids that we could hear all the way down the hall since we got there were still playing extremely loud. And when asked they didn’t have an answer… plus the bed moved way too much. It slides along the whole floor… The only good thing apparently is the location. It’s near everything within walking distance."

"We were not there for an extended stay, but it was a delightful experience. All of the staff were very friendly, the guests were friendly and considerate. There's no breakfast, but the coffee is 24/7 delicious. Thanks, WoodSpring Suites for a great stay!"

"I lived here short term for 2 months while my house was being built. It was cheap and they allow pets. Most of the staff were amazing but the OM was horrible. I payed for an extra day after closing on my house. As I was leaving the night I closed, I told the front desk that I'd be back in the morning for the rest of my stuff. The OM worked 3rd shift and checked my family out without me telling him to. Check out was confirmed 11am. I showed up at 9 am. They had trashed my room. They threw away a fridge full of groceries, Kids toys, bathroom accessories, etc. I told the front desk, they were apologetic but couldn't help me. The OM called me back 4 days later and comped my room and gave me $29 credit to my card for the hundreds of dollars I lost due to his incompetence."
