"Housekeeping and maintenance are amazing some of the best I have ever seen. This hotel just like most if not all the hotels on Miller lane work hand in hand with the butler township police. There is absolutely no reason a hotel should be allowed to hand over a list of its guest to the police so they can tun everyone that's staying in there hotel for warrants. The Butler township police is in habit of running peoples names that have not committed crimes or done anything wrong because that is easier than actually doing police work. When these hotels hand over a list of guests they should be able to be sued so Motel 6 in Miller lane in Butlertownship ohio you get a 1 for practicing bad habits."
"Great customer service. Front desk guy is always helpful and pleasant. Housekeepers do a fantastic job cleaning the rooms and help when I need towels. I love how wonderful the staff are and how close I am to food and shopping. Highly recommend"
"Do not stay here !!!! The reviews are so accurate. We checked in got our room and promptly checked back out. Our room had a foul odor like drugs had been used in the room. The front desk was also very rude and wouldn't even give us a room till we moved parking spaces. We parked in the first spot which was apparently the owners spot. Mind you it wasn't marked to say it was assigned. But seriously your gonna make me move then come back in when I was going to move near my room anyway ??? Just terrible. Lots of people loitering in the balcony pool was all closed off bicycles all over the place like it's some hangout. Definitely avoid this place. Much better options elsewhere."
