"The location is the best thing going for this hotel and is why they are able to get away with the poor rooms and service they provide. My son and I checked in at this hotel to get off the highway and get some sleep. Very thankful that's all that was needed although that was a task. The pillows was clearly dirty and one bed instead of it being completely made up a folded sheet was just left on the bed. The tub had mold all around the drain and in the tub. Never again will I stay at this location."

"If I could give this hotel less than 1 star I definitely would. We rented this hotel because they had an indoor pool and thats all our little 3yr old wanted for her birthday, Upon arriving we found out the pool had been down for a long time and would be down for a long while more. We still decided to stay anyway got our stuff and went to the room. When we entered the room we smelled mold very strong, we found what looked like mold on the headboard of the bed and upon further investigation found a large patch of black mold on the ceiling outside our door. We went to the desk to ask about changing to a new room, the front Desk person said it would be an additional 150.00 to change rooms. We told him we did not have that available and that it was unacceptable. He said if we didn't like it we could leave or he would call the police. Never ever stay at this hotel! It will make you sick and the staff is very rude."

"Rooms are small you get charged a "refundable deposit for room cleaning" of 100$ which generally would be fine EXCEPT we have unknown pills on the floor and drug paraphernalia on the floor which means obviously they are not making sure that housekeeping is correctly cleaning the rooms as is. I have autistic kids pills on the floor could be catastrophic. "Heated indoor pool" was freezing. Toilet and sink looked like they had been broken in areas and looked to be held together with some sort of super glue. Front desk said "well note the issues you had with management" I explicitly said someone needed to contact me to discuss and no one has. Do not recommend"

"Never will I ever stay here nor will I tell anyone to stay there. First things first. NO PHONE in the room. Second toilet needed to be plunged when we go there but couldn’t call the front desk. I had to call from my cell phone to the front desk. Then when we found mold on the curtains we went to go to the front desk and no one is was to be found. Then there was toothpaste in the sink that wasn’t cleaned. It was just overall nasty in there. There was no manger to talk to when we checked out was told to call on Monday morning. Well I have tried at 8am and then again at 10:10am and still no manger this place is a joke. They need to be shut down for how filthy the place it. As of October 20 still haven’t been able to talk to the manger/owner. I have called both places (Dayton and Sydney) to try to get a hold of her and I can’t get a hold for her all week. I call at least 5 times a day. I have left my name and number and still haven’t got anything. The health department as also been called and went for the hotel and checked the room I stayed in and they had 6 violations in just that room."
