"Over the past year, this place has gone downhill fast. There has been something either wrong or missing from my order multiple times in the past few months. I shouldn't have to unwrap the sandwich in my car before leaving to ensure that I got what I paid for... Or have to go back and get it corrected when I have already sat down at my desk. I will NOT be coming back to this location again."
"I work out alot. I can do 300 push ups in a row and still work out,so I need things healthy but also with some calories. When I go here I have a very big sandwich with,steak,chicken,provolone cheese,bacon,lettuce,onions,banana peppers,cucumbers,with mayonnaise and Chipotle sauce,and they are capable of closing it up and making it neat so when I go home I don't have a sloppy mess.also has very good service. Highly recommend."
"Awful....the girl that waited on me was obviously NOT thinking about her job. I ordered chicken teriyaki and told her I wanted my meat heated then toasted it was like I was talking to myself because after she took the chicken out of the microwave she started putting lettuce and tomato and the other toppings on instead of toasting. When I told her she got quite the attitude and acted like it was my fault. This was Wales Rd subway"
"An older woman came out of the bathroom when we first got there and she didn’t wash her hands before making our subs. She simply ran her hands under the sink for 5 seconds. The other girl worker there was very rude. My boyfriend asked for a little bit of a topping and she completely ignored him. She then started to wrap our subs and he mentioned it again and she cut him off and said “yeah I heard you”. She then interrupted me when I mentioned I wanted to make my sub a meal & said “Hold on, I’m putting these in the system” with a nasty attitude. She had a nasty attitude the whole time we were there. Every time I’ve been to this subway the workers are always very rude."
