Also like the grill cook hand delivering the food he prepared to the window. Wait time was also very good. Clean lobby. Friendly workers. Highly recommend for a lunch or dinner whether our go threw drive threw or eat inside ...."

"How many gloves does it take to prevent food poisoning and illness at the ice cream shop? Don't know? Well, don't bother asking the goofballs at the Wales Rd DQ. They wouldn't know either based on what I witnessed last night. I mean, it isn't really a big deal to touch dozens of filthy credit cards, cash, and coins from customers with your bare hands and then open up a package of sundae cups and make sure to stick those same filthy bare hands inside of as many of those once sterile sundae cups is it? Gloves, smoves. Who needs to put on gloves to restock the spoons, cups, and bowls that the eating public will eat and drink from? Not Wales Rd DQ employees, that's for sure! I watched this with shock and disgust last night. And if that wasn't enough, while I sat there waiting on my dab of ice cream (all you'll ever get there is a dab), Mr. Dirty Hands decided to have some fun with one of his half-dozen co-workers by slapping her visor off her head. Now that's teamwork! The crowd standing around in the kitchen (there was about six of them) devolved into laughter and glee at the visor lying on the floor. All the while a car had been pulled up and was waiting for there food. I'd been there for over 5 minutes by then (the pulled up car was there when I got there) and my two dabs of ice cream still wasn't ready. First, things first, I guess. Who has time to serve your barely existent customers when there are hats to knock off and food vessels to contaminate? This place needs shut down. It's time to have a chat with the health department. Whoever owns that restaurant needs their franchise revoked. I notice there are barely any cars in the drive thru every time I drive by. I see why. I too shall keep on driving from now on."

"I went there and a exuberant employee named logan reese helped me at the counter, he was probably the nicest person ive ever met, by time i left i was on my 5th edge. 10/10"

"I was charged on my cash app for an order that wasn't mine..... Instead of communicating they voided out mistake ordered and charged correct order and told me my refund would be available in 48-72 hrs. In my opinion the manager is not competent or trained properly neither was the employee working drive thru. The old DQ had much better customer service."
