"It is like 2 out of 5 times we get a decent meal am talking about the quality of chicken and beef served some times the steak and chicken are so perfect and sometimes this is where we get our disappointed meal the protein served is like the worst chunks of fats and strings. That's how i choose my protein; i look to the products to see, which seems less fatty and more edible, and choose accordingly whether steak, chicken, or carne asada..."

"Hardly ever have a wait even when it's busy, always clean. They actually give proper portions. Staff is friendly, and I love picking up there as a dasher as well. Food is always ready and properly bagged. My only complaint is the small parking lot, but I know that's out of their control"

"Super disappointed! I use to eat there a lot never had an issue. Went back my first and last time now. I ordered online and picked it up. They were bagging it when I got there not only was my food literally cold and some of the rice still hard… but I had like maybe 5 little pieces of chicken in it! To expensive for cold food and skimpy toppings! Thanks for the over priced rice. I live like 2 min away food should not have been cold"

"The last two times I’ve ordered online from this restaurant the bowl has been completely messed up. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl both times. Last time I asked for extra chicken and tomato and the only thing in the bowl was chicken and tomato…..that’s it. They were amazing in the past so I’m not sure what is going on."
