McDonald's

"I rarely eat at McDonald's but I do occasionally use their drive through to get just a coke or a coffee and they are consistently good. McDonald's built its business on consistency. I notice that there is just so much plastic packaging involved. I think it was better for the environment when most of these items were made of paper, rather than plastic."

"Wow. That was difficult. Ordered through the drive through. No ranch, ice cream machine broken. Asked for “lots of ketchup” since they didn’t have ranch for the nuggets. Had to repeat our order several times to get it right. Went to pay at the first window as instructed… no one there. Waited, cars in line behind us. Drove to the second window. They were annoyed cause we were supposed to pay at the first window. Got our food, missing a large order of French fries from order. Had to explain it to the employee three times- she still didn’t believe us. She looked at the receipt, said ok, and came back with a small fry. We explained it to her again, and she came back with what was clearly the small fry dumped into a large fry container. We gave up, and left. Open the bag. 2 ketchups for the two orders of nuggets that we asked for “lots of ketchup.” Won’t be stopping there again. We had to put more effort into it than was worth it."

"General Manager is super friendly and very helpful. Highly impressed with his service! On a side note from another day, my husband ordered the buy one get one for one dollar filet o fish. Was told by the guy in drive thru window. I don't know how to do that. So he paid full price for the second sandwich. Was not given a receipt."

"I went there Sunday night at 7pm through the drive through2cars in front of me .it took 30 mins to get my food.when I got home a mile and a half away my food was cold and old. I drove back to the store.and to wait to get a manager who just said we was busy. That's funny because when u are busy you usual have to make the food to order. I will never eat there .I work at a restaurant.and we do all we can to please the customers.Jesse offered to remake the same food but they was still busy so it probably would have been gross again. What was really funny was the got a reward for speed of service if that was fast I hate to see busy.also u might have got your people waited on faster if your crew wasn't in the back ignoring."

"Picked up a Big Mac and some nuggets. Ate the nuggets, which were fine. Service was fine, too. About half way through the sandwich, I looked down and found a dead bug stuck to a thing of lettuce. No more sandwich for me. I phoned in and told them to check the lettuce and wash it a bit more thoroughly. Hopefully you won't have any extra protein in yours."
