"Called in the pizza they messed it up threw it away so I had to wait another 30 minutes to get my pizza I'm never going back there?"
"Once I got notice that my pizzas were done we headed that way we walked in and then was told it was going to be another 7 mins be use there was something wrong with our pizza . Once I got my food I didn't get my sauce I asked for cheese and they gave me marinara and told them I needed cheese . Employees could of been a little friendlier when tell people they need to wait longer on there order when it should of been done ."
"if i could give a zero i would. i ordered two items , called one hour and 30 minutes later and still no food, driver answered very rude, put me on hold and hung up, the manager answered the 3 call and claimed the battery died, she clearly sounded inside the building and it was 10 minutes till closing. i won’t order here again that’s pure laziness and if that was the case call the customer or reroute you had plenty of time"
"Ordered a couple large pizzas with extra sauce on them and a 10 piece chicken. This is what I received and the pizza is like trying to bite into the card hoard box and tearing out a piece of cardboard the box might taste better. Order pizza from anywhere else to save yourself a waste of money or a headache of dealing with a buisness that doesn’t appreciate you doing buisness with them."
"Normally I don’t complain, but they need to do better. I ordered $65 worth of pizza for my family and our pizza was basically mush. I took it up to the store where they decided to make a new one. This one is the same. This isn’t the first time either. Last month was the same thing but we didn’t complain. This will be the last time I ever spend my money on anything with Papajohns."
