"Some time before I had found Roam, we had our TRD pro lime rush 4Runner lifted with a Westcott designs kit by our local Toyota dealer. When doing so, we had not upgraded the rims and tires. A couple of months ago I was looking for a shop that specialized in Toyota’s and Lexus’s, as I was planning on swapping the rims and upping the tire size. Looking through youtube, I came across a video that showed a 4Runner solar octane lifted on 35’s. When looking at the shop that did it, I saw the name Roam Overland Outfitters. When I looked them up, I saw that they were only about 10-15 minutes away from me as I live in land o lakes Florida. I decided to drive by and just take a look at the shop. When doing so, I saw a couple of Lexus’s and Toyota’s for sale that were completely modded out. From lifts and tires, to snorkels and roof racks, I could just see that the team at roam were very experienced in what they did. When the day came that I wanted to pull the trigger on some new shoes for the 4Runner, I was greeted by the owner, Jimmy. Upon meeting him, I saw how passionate he was about Toyota’s and the work that him and his team did with them. After talking for a bit, I chose the new shoes for the 4Runner and he explained everything that would have to be done to make them fit. When the day came for the install, it was done the same day and upon picking up the vehicle, it rode very well and did not rub at all. Based off of that experience I recommend them to anyone. After that very positive experience with Roam, I was very sure that if I planned on lifting any future vehicles, I would go to them. Following that, I was wanting to lift my 2021 Tundra 1794. After doing some research on the lift, rims, and tires that I wanted to choose, I arrived at roam and was greeted by Jimmy again. After talking for a bit, I ordered everything and he explained to me what would have to be done to make everything fit. When the day came, I dropped the truck off and was told that it would be done within a day or two. When I picked it up, I took it for a quick test drive and it rode just like factory. Upon returning I spoke to Jimmy about the trimming that was done and he said that a Body Mount Chop would be needed to prevent rubbing with articulation. That weekend I drove the truck and noticed that it really needed the BMC. Following that I spoke to Jimmy and we scheduled a date for the BMC. When dropping it off, he said they would have it done within a day or two. This morning he texted me and said it was done. I picked it up and there is absolutely zero rubbing. It drives like a dream and I couldn’t thank you more for the work that you and your team do over at Roam. The passion you guys have for Toyota’s and the knowledge that you have to offer for anyone looking to modify their’s is amazing. Thank you so much and I will highly recommend your shop to anyone looking to modify their vehicle!!!!"

"Absolutely amazing service, After buying oversized tires for my Honda element at discount tire they shoved me off and couldn't seem less interested to help me buy the appropriate rims and get them fitted to my vehicle which I had recently installed a lift on so I googled around and drove an hour to roam from wildwood where they were more than happy to help me out and understood what it was I was trying to do. I only wish I'd have ordered the tires through roam as well. Anything I can do in the future to give them my business I absolutely will. as an outdoor professional who relies on my vehicle for work I can not recommend them enough, do not waste your time somewhere else."
