"I came in to repair a tire that had a screw in it causing a slow leak. It was repaired and I was told that all of my tire pressures had been checked and adjusted. They were not. Even the tire that had been repaired still had the same high pressure that it had when I brought it in. Yes, it seems like a minor complaint. But how you do one thing, is how you do everything."

"Worst place to buys tires. Not because of the price but because of the service after you pay and drive off. The 50k tires they recommended and sold me lasted 1 year and 8 months and total of 12k miles (6k miles/year). One of the tires separated and when I took it back I was told that there wouldn't bee much credit given for the tires because they were at their "wear marks". A 50k tire had reach it's wear mark and separated after 12,000 miles. The salesperson kept calling me honey and sweetie while he was trying to explain to me how this was my fault. This did not go over will with me. If you value your safety when buying tires I don't recommend you buy them here. They sell low quality tires that don't last and they don't stand behind the warranty."

"I have no idea whether they do great work or not because I couldn’t even get an estimate yesterday. I waited patiently while the man at the desk was on the phone with a customer for about seven or eight minutes, then he said he’d help me after he dropped off paperwork in the shop, only for him to return a minute later and immediately take a ringing phone call while I continued standing there like a dope. Once it became apparent he knew the guy on the phone and he was getting comfortable with the conversation, I just turned around and left. It would have been nice if he’d had the professional courtesy to either help me before taking the call, or at minimum, tell the guy on the phone, “Let me put you on hold while I help this patient customer who’s been waiting for me.” I wouldn’t buy a stick of gum from this place."

"Big tires and more, rescued me, I had a blow out on my motor home while passing through Tampa. Doug,Pete, and their team replaced two of my tires and discovered a major axel seal oil leak which they expertly repaired. Service and attitude here is over the top, they made a spot for me even though they were booked two days out . Prices are reasonable and fair, thanks to Doug and Pete, I’ll be able to continue my journey west."
