"Have had multiple bad experiences with the skinnier white lady that works here as well as someone named Frank or Frankie. I’ve been told by both of these people one is the manager and the other is not on different occasions . I also saw her refuse to run a scan test on a kids car that just needed to see if he needed a battery or terminal because it was dying and he needed to get home so she told him he could sleep in the parking lot as long as it wasn’t over a week. Pathetic"

"Been to many Advance Auto and most of them are really good and helpful but I noticed at this location not so ..been there like four times in the afternoon or early evening and customer service really downhill at the store. I will just give some example.., I bought spark plugs there and asked can they check the gap on them because they might be off.. they said they’re not allowed too .. that’s a first .. .. the other time they said the machine not working so they can test my battery or alternator and I’m like OK .. Ask questions don’t seem like they have enough knowledge to answer at that location. They don’t really know how to answer your question or really want too .. That how it seem .. Only did a review so Advance know the problem there .. Will have to go to a different location now on or some other store then Advance whatever closers for me"
