"I needed to have my car jumped yesterday because the battery didn't have enough energy. This morning I looked online at all the auto parts places in the area. AutoZone has the best price on the right size I needed. When I got to the store a young man was very helpful and tested my battery. His name is Isack. He was honest and knew his stuff. He installed the new battery quickly and I was on my way. I am impressed with how he and the store manager treated me as a first-time customer at that store. The manager even gave me a 10% discount. I will recommend the AutoZone store. Thank you and Kudos"

"I was utterly blown away by how friendly, helpful, speedy, experienced, and expert Magi (sp?) and her staff are at this Auto Zone. The things they did to go-above and-beyond were so overwhelming that it’s hard to articulate in a review. It was as though I pulled into a loving family member’s garage, only one with all the auto supplies in the world available. Actually, the part I needed was not in stock, but Magi and her staff brainstormed to get it in with a rush, and surpassed my expectations by a landslide. "Super service! The lady (sorry didn't get a name) but I believe she was the manager. She had long salt and pepper hair pulled back in a ponytail. She helped us select the best priced battery which also offered us the security we needed to get on the road for a road trip. She along with her staff were so helpful as well as thoughtful. They made sure the battery was installed correctly and checked our alternator even though we had installed the battery ourselves at home. The car battery had gone out in the parking lot of the place where we were staying and the screw broke while installing it, so we returned to auto zone in hours to find a screw. Instead, they helped us. We couldn't be more thankful."
