I thought there was no way I'd find another base and that I'd have to buy a new made in China POS blender, one that would short, catch fire and burn down my house, to replace my trusty Oster. Then I found the base online at Goodman's. They shipped it out and I had a new base in a few days, allowing me to once again enjoy homemade "slushies" in the 100+° Siuth Texas heat.
