"Tienen bonitos elementos con diseños, son caros, pero EXTREMADAMENTE DE MALA CALIDAD, nada me duro más de un año. no ofrecen ningún tipo de garantía, nadie responde luego de que has pagado, me siento estafado. Mucho cuidado, no pongas tu dinero en la basura. Estas advertido!!! Fancy and expensive items, but extremely BAD QUALITY products, and doesn't last more than one year. No warranty at all, nobody answer after you pay, big scam. Beware, don't put your money in the garbage. You are advised!!! Reply to the owner: Once again you lie with total impunity. The faucet I bought is one of the most expensive you have, the invoice shows it, and your guarantee is a scam because it only lasts 30 days, and the item has to be unused. It's a joke. How a customer is going to return something without having tried it? Do you dare to accuse the customer of the care given to the item without evidence, just to wash your face? DAX is a shame, everyone is warned, read the other reviews from real people!!!"

"Well the shopping was a good experience, very helpful, the problem was two weeks later, bought a total of 6 different faucets and a kitchen sink.$$$$$. I wanted it to be a local store, so I wouldn't have a problem in case their was a problem with any of the 6 faucets, to my surprise, what an ordeal to have this faucet replace, to say the least, from the manager to the people that had the faucet tested, RUDE, for the hour that had to wait. Rude reception at the door, telling me that never happens, that I was wrong and that my plumber didn't know what he was talking about, because he probably didn't have a license. After about an hour wait they decided to take care of me, and to their surprise the faucet was no good, no apologies from any one including the manager of the store. I will never be back to this store, that's for sure."

"I had issues with a shower head a bought. I called emailed their response I'm busy sending orders out did have time to send out to technician. Customer support is rude and not supportive. The sales reps very nice and attentive. Honestly I would stay away from this company not supportive if you have any issues. For the price you pay I expect better customer support. Do not buy!"
