"I’m really happy with the service this place provides, today 1/19 I went there to pick up my order and the experience was outstanding. The way they work , how team players they are and always with a smile. The lady in the front desk , the skinny guy in the pick up area and the guy with the forklift I don’t remember the names but Thank you!"
"The manager that was on duty tonight was a real piece of work I'm here to deliver trailers and all his vocabulary consist of is no one's in receiving and walks off. I mean really your a manager that's laughable. Still had an hour and a half on the clock and to damn lazy to unload 4 trailers. Lowe's you can do better and hire people with people skills and that actually want to work."
"Location sold a damage microwave Had to return it the next day. I want to get a replacement but they wouldn't honor the price online even though the broken one was purchased online for $99. Had to pay an extra $20 for the item and no support from management or staff. All they said is prices change daily and I showed them that I just returned one and that online it says $99. They said there's nothing that I could do Horrible service and attention to customer"

"I enjoy shopping at Lowe's more than I do at Home Depot. there are more employees, and they seem more knowledgeable. They are often more friendly, too.. Unfortunately, my Spanish isn't great and I have a lot of trouble at this store due to the number of employees who can not or will not speak English. I don't particularly mind normally because I enjoy practicing my Spanish, but I lacked the vocabulary for some of the stuff I need to buy. Today, I wanted white wire shelving, and I was unable to communicate that to the staff members, but finally, I found a kind gentleman who spoke English, and he directed me to the right department. The best part about this store is that it is very well stocked compared to some of the others I can always find what I need. And that is the most important thing when you're doing a job. You want to buy everything in one place."
