"I normally don’t like to get bad reviews, but in this case, Home Depot doesn’t even know what’s going on with my order. I have been waiting for two days for my order to be delivered . I have to cancel the delivery and pay somebody else to go and pick up my items. North Miami Beach Home Depot is the worst unfortunately I thought because I was closer to it will be Delivery faster. I have ordered from Home Depot the one in Pembroke Pines, and is the best as far customer service in the store on the phone"
"(2023-05-02) My mother and I came in to replace our existing refrigerator and was completely blown away by the care, patience and professionalism of Ms. Ana Martinez over at appliances. Because of how well she took care of us, we eventually decided on going with a bundle deal (brand new fridge, brand new, matching stove and brand new, matching microwave!!!). Ms. Ana Martinez went above and beyond, to ensure we were well taken cared for (while at the store and for later on with the delivery) and it was apparent she helped us receive the best possible. Things were nearly complete, but unfortunately we were a little over budget and almost forced to drop everything and revert back to our original plan (just getting a fridge)--and that when Assistant Manager Gilbert stepped in and saved the day. Thanks to these two, my mother will be celebrating Mother's Day in style with a revamp kitchen. A million thanks to Ana Martinez and Gilbert! Que dios te bendiga!"
