"Not happy with my experience as I was looking to update my watch band, the manager dropped my watch that I recently got 2 months ago on the floor and didn't apologize or offer any recourse on dropping my watch on the floor. I am upset and applauded at the level of care handling my watch. (Will take legal action if my watch stops working) 3/12/22 @ 7:33."

"10/10. While the shop may be small, it's packed with a very friendly and welcoming staff. Victor was great, he greeted me quickly helped me get a battery change and even upgrade my watch. He told me about the hybrids and his experience on them, and how they're a very nice balanced watch of smart and affordable. I'm loving mine right now. He helped me set it up and how to use it, he even went out of his way to find a charger for my phone since it was dyeing. Very nice and enthusiastic guy."
