"I like to visit the store, I can find everything I need for crafting and more. They have a good variety of decor items and sales plus discounts that are always welcome. In the area of Brandon, well located, the strip mall is packed with great businesses around and so great since the nearest store similar to Michael’s is Hobby Lobby and that store is way too far for us who live in the surroundings of Brandon."

"Absolutely rude staff, dirty bathrooms ALWAYS and they appear to not be able to keep their story tidy or clean. Please educate your staff better on actual helping customers. If a customer asks where something is, you should help them find it, or find a coworker who can help them. Im beyond disgusting with the way I was treated in there. I spent 75$, for my costuming.. I only paid because I was over being in there and I just wanted to leave. I won’t be coming back to this location unless things change. Why would I give you guys money when you treat me disrespectfully? Absolutely appalling. I doubt anyone cares though. Thats the vibe I’m getting."

"Clean facility and friendly staff. The entrance looks a little in finished. It appears as though they are remodeling to accommodate their buy online and pick up in store program. Overall a pleasant experience, definitely recommend"
