"Any business that hides their return and exchange policy isn’t a reputable business nor a business I want anything to do with. The employees are rude, they try to charge you retail jeweler prices as if their jewelry is anywhere near the quality or craftsmanship, hah, laughable! The older woman that works there is always on FaceTime and will try to sell you a piece WHILE on FaceTime. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding with these people. They also trash talk other jewelry kiosks in the mall while trying to peddle their second hand pieces. Laughable and unbelievable! I will never return and I suggest you stay away from these scam artists!"

"Sketchy place with rude employees. Young dude with glasses tried to lie about the karat of a pice I wanted even though it was clearly stamped and the old lady that works there isn’t just rude, she tries to sell you outrageous prices for their junk jewelry. You can’t get your money back either thanks to the no return policy they DONT tell you about. Avoid this place."

"Sketchy doesn’t even begin to describe this place. The older woman that works here is a literal con artist, ridiculously upselling every piece. Most of what they sell here is scrap gold and when I went looking for a rope chain that would otherwise be around 300-400 at a chain jeweler, she really tried selling me a flimsy rope chain for almost a grand!? I also found out that one of my friends was also conned out of their money when they purchased a chain from this same location only to find it had been shotily repaired and wasn’t “new” as they claimed it was. Beware of their no return policy also! They don’t tell you upfront that you cannot get your money back once you purchase something. Save yourself time and money and just go to a reputable jeweler where at least you know the gold is legit, you can get your money back if it doesn’t work out for you, and the customer service isn’t terrible and they aren’t trying to scam you. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE."
