"DO NOT RECOMEND. At one point my order was forgotten, communication, and customer service were poor and worst of all the final product is SLOPPY. After multiple pick up attempts; its a gift so it was brought home to me but im VERY DISSATISFIED with the experience, timing (2 months), multiple pickups attempts due to SCRATCHES, lopsided stones, SLANTED engravings, they made executive decisions on my CUSTOM piece twice, & a few of them are RUDE. I could write more but it gets really long, just AVOID, it was an stressful horrible experience for my birthday."

"My fiancé and I came in to resize my engagement ring and Belinda was beyond helpful. Because my knuckles are so much bigger than my finger, it was sadly not recommended that I do a resizing of my ring. However, Belinda had a quick solution recommending the silicon guards and was able to fit me for one right one the spot. Not only that, she took the time to show me on Amazon which ones they purchase so I am able to purchase for myself. Thank you Belinda for a lovely first experience with my engagement ring jeweler. We can’t wait to come back and work with her when it’s time to purchase our wedding bands."
