"Tiana is amazing!! I had my ear cartilage piercing done here. She is professional and very knowledgeable when it comes to all things piercing. I felt nothing but good positive vibes. The process is simple. Just scan the QR code and fill out the form on your phone."
"Avoid this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE! The manager requested my email for a receipt. I politely declined giving my email, thinking I would get a paper receipt. I asked for the receipt at the end of the sale and was informed that they are paperless. I immediately requested to return the item since I would not be provided a receipt. "We cannot do a refund without a receipt." I was given the number to call corporate, in Australia. Eventually, I successfully received a refund; however, the manager was rude, condescending, and dismissive. I highly suggest the store prominently display signs informing customers that they are required to give their email to obtain a receipt or that the store is a paperless establishment. I also would highly recommend the manager receive training on understanding, without customers, she does not have a job. The store forever lost a customer over a $40 receipt."
"I brought two things from this store : a necklace and earrings, but when I went there to return, they said it's not possible to exchange even when it was not used . I asked them if this could be returned when i purchased it, and they said yes.the manager was rude,was not helpful, and she didn't do anything. I'm not going to purchase anything nor suggest anyone to go! Very disappointing."
"I shop the store regularly ever since it opened. I have sensitive ears and the jewelry has never had a problem. I spend quite a bit of money in this store when I go in. I've had my ears pierced and now they're doing nose and I'm considering doing it too. Would recommend this store to anybody. The staff is always wonderful."
"Lisa did a great job piercing both my daughter's ears (5 and 8). She was patient, respectful, made my kids feel comfortable when they were nervous, and kept a smile despite being the only one on staff at the time. Thank you Lisa for making this experience positive for my girls!"
