"Invicta lost my watch 4 years ago that needed to get repaired. Ive spoken to alot of managers throughout the years to see what was going on with my watch. Its been so long that I just gave up. Recently got a random call from the Brandon location. Joshua one of the new managers went above and beyond looking at a big list of people that didnt recieve there watches throughout the years. Id like to thank Joshua for making a difference in the company. Guy deserves good positive things in life. I also went ahead and purchased a few watches from him. Im also glad he found my watch.
