"Where do I begin? I hired this attorney to bring my fiancée from the U.S. COVID happened right in the middle of our case and no follow up was made with the embassy or national visa center and thus, our petition was thrown out due to no activity on the case. We waited years for nothing. I was the one that had to bring this to the attorney’s attention; her own office did not know that my petition was now expired and that we would have to do the process ALL over again. When I wanted to personally speak to the attorney about what was done on the case for this to happen, she made it seem like her time was extremely valuable and that her speaking to me was her doing ME a favor. Upon speaking with her, she did not even properly finish the conversation and stated “I have clients waiting in the lobby, have a wonderful day” and hung up on me without letting me finish my sentence. This attorney did not respect me as a client or as a human being. I spent over $6,000 in total fees/costs for this case ($4,000 were paid to her office) just for me to have to hire another attorney and start the process ALL over again. My significant other and I spent our hard-earned money and waited YEARS for no particular reason. Our lives were put on hold for years to no avail. Not only that but, her staff is not the most competent either. They were not very organized and their correspondences in English were always crawling with typos. Please hire another immigration attorney for your immigration needs. Please save yourself the headache, heartache, and waste of time & money."

My father had been detained at the Broward transitional center in Pompano Beach Florida for almost 3 months trying to fight to get a bond for his release.
