"I went here for an estimate for the kitchen they basically laughed in my face and said that would be impossible. I took measurements myself and I asked if they had anyone they knew that could install them and they told me that they wouldn’t work with me that I’d have to hire a contractor that will work with them."
"Company without any credibility. They delivered me a closet missing piece and when I called to ask about the piece, the owner was very rude. I Drove 2 hours to pick up that piece was missing how as agreed and it wasn't ready so I asked to the employee to do a favor to ship it and he said he would, when I sent him a message as agreed he wanted to go to my house to “deliver it and have a coffee”. He said that if he delivers that if I would invite him to a coffee . Total lack of respect And once again I called the owner Ricardo and he was rude. I asked if I could please send ship it and he said no. So I had to drive another 2 hours to pick up the missing piece from my closet. I don't recommend this place. The owner and his employees are incompetent to deal with customers."
"I’ve purchased from market wood from the time they opened. Ricardo and Jose give their 110% into their business and provide excellent customer service. There have been times when, if they don’t have a specific part they get it for me by the end of day. I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH!!!! I will continue doing business with them for a long time to come. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
