"One star because the customer service was terrible. I bought 4 boxes of wooden flooring, I get the email to pick them up, I go and they only give me 2. Before leaving I ask Rachel, Rechel something like that, that I bought 4 and she only gave me 2 and she tells me that inside the boxes There are 2 in each one, Okay. I'm leaving and when I opened a box in my house there was only one box of the wooden floor in each one. Returning to the store I meet the girl again but it seems that she already wanted to leave or I don't know, her treatment was bad, she argued with us that she didn't have any attitude when it was obvious that she did (and something that shouldn't be). He told us that he did us the FAVOR of calling home depot.com when that is his job (find out why the other 2 boxes were not there), we asked him to put the call on speaker so that my husband could talk to the person and see what It could be done and he left us alone and told his colleagues that he was not going to attend to us anymore. Thank God, there was another person who was kind enough and really knows what CUSTOMER SERVICE is and helped us finish our claim, unfortunately I don't have her name. I hope the manager (Jim) makes sure that these things don't happen again in his store."
"Service is terrible I ordered some products and they didn't open the loading door. Then three people attend to me and do not resolve the situation. For my part, I will not return to this store."
