"Be careful! I purchased 900 sqft outdoor flooring from them, they made the mistake of not telling me I was actually purchasing 900 lineal Ft which is less than half of what I needed, they didn’t even realize they made the mistake until I was half way through instalation, it was obviously to late to return it. They did not account for their mistake, the owner never picked up my call, they told me the best they can do is give me a discount if I buy the rest, which I was forced to do because It was already installed. Horrible customer service, they didn’t care about the mistake."

"Today, November 4, I come to this store to buy 46 pieces of Baseboard and one has to help the employees to load the material or else they won't deliver the material... Mr. Sergio tells me "that's the way it is because I say so and feel like it” and if not go to Home Depot and load it yourself. “There is no sign anywhere that says you have to charge purchases. Mr. Sergio in charge of the warehouse is disrespectful, rude. What a pity that a business has this facade."

"Just like other reviews was supposed to get one price when I got there different price. My order wasn’t ready. And then when I got to the job-site the baseboard was split in half in the middle. Not only that they were in BFE and the place was an annoyance to find. No one carded on greeting me when I got inside it was a maze to figure out how to get to the register and plus the lady that was at the register was upset that I could only speak English like oh my bad that your upset that your ignorant I understood her while she was speaking Spanish to me but like oh that’s right we’re not in another country. I have to know her language but she doesn’t have to know mine that makes sense. I’d rather stay at 84 lumber at least they’re not going to be a mission and rude."

"The workers are terrible. They don't know what they are doing. After 4 times to get what I need, they end up overcharging me for a broken item. Many customers were complining and returning broken or defective items. There is a lack of communication between the man at the warehouse and the cashiers. The cashiers are completely lost. Prices are good but if you get charge correctly."

"I highly recommended this place! So I was looking to install laminate flooring and change the baseboards in my house. A friend of mine referred me to this place and I'm so glad he did. The material was the same qualities Home Depot for a much cheaper price and everyone there was super friendly. I have gone back multiple times and not once I've had an issue. I strongly recommend you check this place out and you will see the stuff it's great quality and best way to get bang for your buck."
