"Very friendly and courteous staff. A very professional staff was able to guide us thru the extensive process of remodeling our home. The prices were competitive and the service was amazing. We visited other local stores and found a huge difference in prices and service. Also, the showroom was second to none. It has been one of the best hardware stores we have visited. A very courteous staff , great prices and excellent customer service makes us come back and refer friends and family to this amazing place located in the heart of Hialeah. Finally, we have continued to purchase items from their website and the convenience is great. A small store with a big heart."
"Did not even go to the store to receive bad service. I called to see if they had a product i was searching for and the woman who answered hung up in my ear after i asked her (in English) if they had a tarp repair. I call back again and a man answered and he just passed the phone to another sales representative who spoke English. I understand this is Hialeah and Spanish is " expected ", however considering the fact we are in America and someone who does not speak Spanish is trying to help your business by buying something you do not have to be rude and give me the excuse that you thought i was " a machine" i guess due to my articulate way of speaking. very un called for and i am glad i am the first to review here to warn other English speaking people that you wont get proper service! Good thing i did not come into the store and waste my money on this company. Since i have to put stars in order to post this i had to give one star, if not you would get none!"
