"They lie about promotions, super unprofessional store and managers, just a generally poorly ran store. Really wanted to like the people and store but after being lied to multiple times about several promotions, I had to stop and write this review in the parking lot after being lied to once again."
"Smaller than other local Ace's. My biggest issue is that their online inventory doesn't match what's in the store. I went there for a specific item because Ace's website said they carried it and had it in stock. They don't even carry that brand! Very irritating to go out of your way for something that doesn't exist. Ended up buying something else. Went to Home Depot right afterwards and found out that the item I bought was $2 cheaper at Home Depot. So spent an extra $4 on something I could have bought cheaper and closer to home. Regretting that trip altogether."
"This was my first experience with this store, and it was impressive! I called them to ask if they had a particular drill bit we needed, They did, and I said I'd be there in 5 minutes. When I got there, an associate was standing by the door with the drill bit in his hand! I took some time to wander around the store. Very nice, clean, and plenty of people to help if you need it. Definitely our new go-to hardware store!"
"Nice clean store. Well stocked. Great convenient location. Only negative is they don't have live plants for sale. Very helpful and friendly staff. We will definitely be back."
