"Ordered gray shingles & they delivered brown & all we heard was “someone will call you back” & no one called. No one wants to work or except responsibility for making a mistake which could have been easily resolved with the courtesy of a phone call. So disappointed with HD."

"Helpful staff just about everything you need from appliances to screws tools plants plumbing a lot of times you can get helpful advice from the staff they have a lot of people that are very knowledgeable for your home repair projects also they offer crafts for the kids can honestly say appreciate all the help from the staff and good advice and they even have truck rentals $20 for the first 70 min which is plenty of time to get from the store home or to the job site tool rental as well got to say definitely impressed"

"Been shopping at this location for over 15 years, I have a pro account for our business and deal with many investment properties. Several months ago we stopped going to this location and switched to another Home Depot a little farther away after dealing with “Mike” a very very rude person in the return department. He seemed to be a supervisor as he was bossing other employees in returns around the last time I was at this store. After having 4 different interactions within 2 months where this guy Mike told us the items were not purchased at HD. Each time I had to point out the item number on the receipt and offer to pull up our pro account online and he would become rude and refund our HD card. The last few times I’d avoid the returns section and walk over to the pro desk so I didn’t have to deal with him but that is not always staffed like the returns section so I just switched locations. This guy does not need to be dealing with the general public, he has a terrible attitude and unfortunately reflects poorly on what is normally a great location with very nice people working there."

"Quick lines and never had an issue with items being out of stock. I would give 5 stars if they would get with the times and allow tap/mobile payments. I feel like the worst part of every shopping visit is the check out. Oh, and they only have checkout registers on one side of the store, which is weird because they have 2 entrances. Seems inefficient."

"The two older woman that worked at the self checkout lines on 9/27/2023 @ 5:30 were so rude and honestly should not be working in the section where they interact with customers!! I was just trying to let them know that the person in front of me and myself did not get a printed receipt it would say it was printing, but nothing came out, so I was letting them know that maybe they needed more paper in it or there was a jam. One of the elderly women turned her back to me in the middle of telling her and the other one walked over and opened the machine to look at the paper, but said not one word to me, not one, she looked so annoyed that I even said anything to her and to me that is horrible customer service and I frequent the store very often and I have a credit card to your store and it makes me not want to shop there. Do better Home Depot in employing people that have customer contact. Just because they’re old doesn’t mean they’re sweet."
