I needed things for a furnished rental property and found a lot of things I could work with at great prices. The worker/manager is very friendly and helpful. "The store has a good selection of well built furniture and decor items that were used in hotels. I would inspect what you buy thoroughly because there is NO refund/exchange allowed. My family bought a sleeper to be delivered. One was on display and several were lined up on their sides in the showroom. I was told they were all in great condition just like the one on display. Delivery had a $100 surcharge. It was not delivered on day promised without any communication from the store at all. In fact when I inquired in the afternoon about time frame as I sat at home waiting all day, I was treated very poorly. I had to take 2 days off work in order to accommodate their schedule. I tried to cancel the sale and was told they would leave the sofa at the front door. The sofa came with structural damage at the front bottom cosmetic piece of the pullout. We decided it is $500 wasted since the owner is not a reasonable person who has any integrity, nor one who would value customer service and not worth any more of our time. Salesman at store is very helpful. Delivery guys were respectful and professional. But they all answer to their boss. So if you find something there, inspect the actual piece before you buy it and I would highly recommend setting up your item delivery."
"What a great store for used furniture. They have tons of stuff. Lamps, shades, end tables, night stands, chairs, couches plus appliances. Well worth the stop. Wish we knew about this store when we moved into our apartment."
