"***Don’t Use the by online, pick up in store option*** I know these reviews don’t often make a difference, but I wanted to make people aware… I placed an order online to be picked up in store, the order was canceled due to “inaccurate inventory”, but I was still charged for the order. I went to the store for clarification. I was waiting in line to talk to an associate, the associate helped the customer in-front of me and then just walked away, saying nothing. Her excuse was that she needed to go upfront to charge her phone. The associate who finally came to help me said there was nothing he could do. Single mom trying to make ends meet around the holidays, and now I’m out money that I probably won’t get back until after Christmas, if I’m lucky. Working retail sucks, but a little kindness goes a long way :("
"Seems like a great location. Store was clean and well-lit. Victor was a great help. He walked us to the aisle where a product would normally be stocked. When we saw they were out, he went to find some displayed on another area of the store."
