"I purchased a tabletop arcade from Wayfair about 18 months ago and the monitor malfunctioned. I contacted Suncoast to see if they could help troubleshoot the problem because I read on Wayfair’s website (and later contacted them at Suncoast’s request), but they were clear in only dealing with their own 60 day warranty. Spoke with Cayenne (Suncoast customer service). Sent an image of the unit inside (the tape that held the brains basically broke inside) and they basically mailed me a new top quickly. Put it together and was good to go. Wanted to provide an accurate review and thank Cayenne and the service department for actually responding timely, communicating well, and actually handling the issue. Very nice, speedy, and reasonable/practical resolution! Yay, these days! Thank you! Now on to kicking my husband’s butt in Galaga!"
"I purchased my Table top game with 412 games from Wayfair but, made by Suncoast Arcade. My game stopped working after almost 2 years and Wayfair basically told me it was past 60 days so I was out of luck. I was able to contact Suncoast Arcade and they helped me trouble shoot the problem and they also covered the issue under their 5 year warranty. The sent me the part with easy instructions how to replace and now my game is back to new again. I can't believe how easy Suncoast made it for me. I love playing this game with my grandkids. Thank you Suncoast!"
"Love our arcade system with all the retro arcade games. But loved it even more when we had an issue with it and these guys took care of it in 24 hrs. Can’t get service that fast & easy anymore yet they do it! If you want an arcade or pinball game machine, support this incredible business!"
"Machine was later than promise, and it did not work and female who answer the phone at Suncoast had attitude and didn't seem to care to help. Stay away from this place, if you can go somewhere else to buy this."
"My experience, with SUNCOAST arcade is beyond measure. The customer service representative was excellent and assisted me and resolving my issue with my my gaming system which I’ve had six years. She got my part to me within a week…Thanks Kayla! I’ve had the Bartop Arcade for 6 years and no issue until a month ago. I love the Arcade unit and so do my family and friends."
