Aaron's 1511 Missouri Avenue North, Largo, FL 33770

"I usually don't put in reviews only good ones. But today I was totally taken by surprise. We have been using Aaron's for years I mean has to be like 20 30 years our homes have been fully furnished by Aaron's, I guess they call that a Gold member. Anyways we are older my husband in early 60s well he fell ill and we got behind on payments ( 1 payment left and we own it and from what the told my husband that 80.$$ So today my husband tried to make a partial payment on some missed payments and the guy was rude and almost bullying him trying to get more money..not only did it bother my husband having to admit we do not have the money but he got off the phone feeling berated, embarrassed we don't have money. It takes a lot for a man to admit he doesn't have the money to take care of his families bills. In all the years of being with Aaron's this just blew our minds they would make us feel so less than worthy, like pieces of trash I can't even find the words to how someone feels when they've been belittled like that..UNCALLED for. We will miss Aaron's dealing with them for so long and everything in house coming from them it will be a hard transition but we won't be with them anylonger...and to let everyone know don't believe them when they say they Value their customers. They do not.."

"Went out of town and missed a payment by only a month and when we got back in town, I was away at work and my fiance and children where home and my fiance doesn't answer the door if I'm not home. Store Associate Phil shows up pounding on the door like a lunatic. Then proceeds to bang on our children's window frightening them. After awhile of non stop pounding with no answer Phil thought it would be a good idea in a stand your ground state like Florida to the proceed to wiggle the door handle to try to break and enter. When my fiance heard him doing this she flew to the door to lock the top lock. She told him to not do then to which he proceeded to say I'm not going anywhere. He then continued to try to open the door without consent and after about 5 to 10 minutes of this horrifying ordeal he left. 20 minutes later largo Police show up and say they got a call from a neighbor about a disturbance and my fiance of course let's them in and explained what happened. They tell my fiance what he did is a crime and if they return to call them again. My kids now are scared anytime someone knocks on the door they think someone is going to break in. We contacted the GM Eddie of the store and explained everything to him that that this Associate Phil did and all he had to say was that he will talk to him. We escalated this to Corporate and the immediately agree that what Phil did was a termable offense and will be looking into the matter. If anyone is looking to be customers for this location just know if you miss one payment you will be treated like a criminal and harrased and scared. No place should conduct business like this."

"I love Rob but things have changed. There is this one guy that call you at 8am in the morning even though you have paid and say oh sorry nevermind. Everyone else there is awesome. Its just that one guy that wakes up in the morning and can't wait to be a jerk. He must have a hard life. Anyways Rob thank you for the 6 YEARS of service."

"The manager and staff at this location work extremely helpful and very friendly, they answered all my questions And helped out as much as they could. I also learned while I was there that Aarons now sells tires, considering how expensive tires are, this is a great option for buying new tires"
