"Good experience so far, although I have only done the transaction to rent a recliner for a short time. The sales assistant was very helpful, and the pricing was as represented to me over the phone. The furniture is of excellent quality. I am hopeful that the return process will be equally satisfying. The “qualification” process was rather detailed & aggravating in that way, but apparently rental transactions put the lessor at risk in many ways so their many verification demands seem reasonable."

"Don't go here unless you want to be harassed by manager Henry. Not realizing it, I missed one payment. They call AT LEAST 5 times a day and leave text messages over $55.00 After the harassment for a while I paid to shut them up. (Keep in mind I've paid over a thousand, so far) Called the store and Mr. Henry and his customer service skills was nothing but rude, I guess that's how they treat their customers.. on top of it all, I had to arrange my own pickup because Dana didn't only had one employee that just couldn't deliver.."
