I AM DIFFERENT:

"I just had the worst experience with Ms. Cathy Sturms, my sister and I sent a request for a tour to possibly view a property and she emailed us an application; I called her and to my surprise she was very disrespectful and rude, I asked her what happens if we tour the property and it is not to our likening after we have submitted the application just to view it! She said well then I guess you don’t have a credit score to be approved which was discriminatory, distasteful and unprofessional. Ms. Cathy, is a poor representation of this company. I wanted to see the home because I met the requirements but after our brief conversation unfortunately I will not choose to partner with this company for my housing needs."
