"Unit 303? We come here all the time. It has always been a great experience. This time we reserved Unit 303 and found it was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived. The kitchenware was soiled and the bathrooms had hair and dirt in them. Also, this unit appears to have an adjustable bed frame, but it does not match the headboard and footboard. The implications of that are that the ends of the frame stick out creating a hazard for anyone walking past them. I can see that someone tried taping up one side. I suggest the owners get the right footboard at least for the frame so no one gets hurt and that site managers higher real housekeepers."

"Great stay so far ... (continued) ... It was a fantastic place to stay. We made sure to really look into what they had to offer BEFORE booking it. And we also took the time to carefully read all of the information they sent with the booking confirmation. If you are prepared ... this will be a great place to stay. Parking was included, which was a huge benefit on the island. Our unit included beach chairs & the resort is right on the beach! That was all we needed! It was so great. Wish we had booked more time. Could have stayed forever. =) On a side note; if you're Northerners like us ... take time to learn about the no-see-um mosquitoes. Take all precautions."

"Nice clean condos. Easy walk to beach. All the things you need for the beach were provided. Wasn't impressed with service. Needed toilet paper the last day of our visit but the office said housekeeping provides it. Never saw housekeeping in the 7 days we were there."

"We absolutely loved our condo. Though it was dated we enjoyed the homey feel. The staff is awesome, beach is very close with plenty of chairs and umbrella. We were there early December enjoyed the condo and Sanibel so much we already booked for next year."
