"We were the first renters for the property we rented from VIP. We had a problem with the heater in the pool and hot tub and our concerns were addressed daily until the problem was fixed. Having a house that slept 10, we ate in most meals and were aware of many items that were needed to prepare meals. When we notified VIP, the items were delivered the following day. Several items were not available, so we were instructed to purchase anything we needed and we would be reimbursed. Our friends recommended VIP when they heard we were planning to be on Sanibel and we were very glad we took their advice."
