"One of the worst buildings in MIami. The elevators are broken about 40% of the time leading management to fine residents to pay for it. I was fined while I was asleep. There are dozens of serious building code violations that could get the building closed at any time. Then there was the attempted murder last fall that the building covered up. And the guy still lives in the building."

"A friend of mine lives here. We rented the grill on the patio for a BBQ, with $100 deposit for PROPERTY DAMAGE. We received the area messy and without any tools or propane. We cleaned up and provided everything necessary for our BBQ. It was only a small group of about 10 of us, mostly middle aged non-party type. It was a very lowkey get together. We were playing music on a small battery powered speaker, with the volume at a medium level at best. It was Sunday afternoon around 7pm. The security guy was walking around outside doing his rounds and came by and asked us to turn the music down/off. We did without argument, even though we thought it was ridiculous because of the volume and time of day. The next day, the building manager refused to give my friend his deposit back because he said we "were told multiple times" to turn off the music and didn't comply. This was completely untrue. We later found out that this building will do this regularly - charging people who rent the space for any/every reason so they can keep the money. Don't host an event here, ever."
